BackPac Terms of Service

Welcome to BackPac! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile app, website, and any other services offered by BackPac ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

By signing up, accessing, or using BackPac, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

• You are required to create an account to use certain features of BackPac.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• BackPac reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the proper operation of the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

4. Music Usage & Royalty Sharing

• BackPac offers an exclusive music library for content creators to enhance their videos.
• When your video using BackPac music is shared on social media platforms and gains significant traction (e.g., virality), you may be eligible for a share of the music royalties generated by the track.
• BackPac retains the right to distribute 50% of the profits from these royalties to the creator, based on defined engagement thresholds and terms that may be subject to change.

5. Intellectual Property

• BackPac and its content, including but not limited to logos, design, and features, are the intellectual property of BackPac or its licensors.
